Carneisha has practiced in multiple specialties at Memorial Hospital for 14 years, specializing in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Pulmonary & Infectious Disease. She returned to school in 2016 and obtained her family nurse practitioner degree. In 2018 completed her doctorate of nursing practice at South University in Savannah, GA, and is living her purpose of providing compassionate and exceptional care to her patients. As part of the Mobile Medical team, she can provide all your primary care needs – labs, medications, coordination of care with specialists and can facilitate physical therapy, home health, and medical equipment. Carneisha is trained in non-opioid pain management specializing in trigger point and joint injections. When she’s not working, she spends as much time as possible with her 4-year-old son, who enjoys all things outdoors.
