Payments & Insurance
(Medicare, AARP Medicare Complete, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Meritain, Humana, Tricare, United Healthcare)
*With the exception of HMO plans, if there is an insurance that is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We would be happy to verify.
Billing
Mobile Medical will bill its services directly to the insurer if an updated proof of insurance is provided at each visit. The billing team will file claims, however the balance due becomes the patient’s responsibility if the plan does not pay after 30 days. Any amount not covered by insurance is due upon receipt of invoice.
Mobile Medical accepts cash, debit or credit cards for balances or co-pays that are due.
Patients should have their ID and insurance cards readily available to the provider at first visit. If a patient does not have insurance, self-pay options will be reviewed at the time of appointment scheduling.
Teleheath and Remote Patient Monitoring
The adoption of telehealth in primary and specialty care is a proven means for effectively and efficiently deliver-ing care. Community Medical offers telehealth as an option for several of its services and often incorporates it with remote medical monitoring. Telehealth visits and remote monitoring offer the opportunity for providers and patients to connect in between in-person visits.
If you are interested in a telehealth, call 352-293-2833 and one of our team members will explain the service and/or make an appointment. After the appointment is scheduled, the team will send a confirmation email with connection instructions and appointment details.
