Anna Cushman

Anna is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that attended St. Johns River State College, University of North Florida, and Wilkes University. She has practiced nursing in the emergency department and surgical services in the hospital setting. Anna currently specializes in chronic disease management and offers primary care services in the home. These services can include physical exam and treatments, lab work, medications, facilitating referrals to specialists, home health services and ordering medical equipment.
As a native to St. Augustine, Anna is passionate about providing fast and efficient care to her community.
In her free time she enjoys reading, listening to music and gardening.
